How do I change my password?
Log in and click My Account. In the 'Change Password' section, enter your current password; then enter your new password and then retype it and click the Submit button.
NOTE: Passwords are alphanumeric -- Minimum: 6 characters, Maximum 32.
How do I change my email or regular address or telephone number?
Log in and click My Account. In the 'Client Information' section, enter the new information in the appropriate fields and click the Submit button.
How do I change my credit card or expiration date?
Log in and click My Account. In the 'Payment Information' section, enter a new card number or select a different expiration date. You may also select a different type of card and enter new information.
How can I cancel my account?
Send an email to support@sabrient.com with your request for cancellation.
